Breakfast was sensational—my son declared it the best English breakfast ever, made with fresh, local produce. Plus, the old post office charm lent a lovely, unique character perfect for winding down after a day of exploring Lanchester’s cafes and restaurants.
A slight hiccup was the bright light outside our family room that peeked through the not-so-blackout curtains.
